Sara L. Lieber founded the firm in 2008 to focus on early intervention to keep seniors in the community and help their family caregivers. Classes and services help families prepare for the caregiving phase of life, give respite and support.
Shortly after founding, a young caregiver died while her aged mother survived. The caregiver had ignored her symptoms until it was too late for effective treatment. This situation prompted Ms. Lieber to make caregiver preservation a priority.
Senior Sidekicks developed the first professional Medical Visit Companion Services.
